The Public Fund "Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)" completed the construction of houses in Maktaaral district.
In the new microdistrict of the village of Myrzakent (the administrative center of Maktaaral district of Turkestan region), the construction of 20 houses for residents affected by the flood was completed at the expense of the Fund of Bolat Nazarbayev "Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)".
With the support of Bolat Nazarbayev Public Foundation'"Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)", the construction of 20 houses in Maktaaral district for residents affected by the natural disaster was completed. Each house has 4 rooms; the total area is 100 square meters. The houses are built on two parallel streets of the village of Myrzakent. The construction was carried out by two local construction companies: "Tney-kurylys" and "Nur el". It is noted that the construction period allowed providing local residents with temporary jobs.
Kassym Kassabekov, head of the Fund of Bolat Nazarbayev, noted that the task was set to build houses as soon as possible. In addition, the Fund "Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)" took part in the creation of the necessary infrastructure: the streets were asphaltedcompletely; engineering communications were connected to each house - water, light and gas.Now 20 happy families can settle in new buildings.
Not long ago, KassymKassabekov met with Deputy Akim of Turkestan region Meirjan Myrzaliyev. During the meeting, the head of the fund reported to the official on the completion of construction work. The distribution of housing among flood-affected families was also discussed. Deputy Akim expressed gratitude to the head of the fund Bolat Nazarbayev for such necessary and gratuitous assistance.
New settlers are very pleased with the new dwellings. The head of one family said bluntly that they really liked new houses. They are spacious enough to make a large family feel comfortable there. In Myrzakent, work is still underway to eliminate the consequences of the devastating flood. A new microdistrict has been built in the village, in which 115 dwellings are ready, an additional 271 houses will be built. Half of the dwellings will be built at the expense of the state budget. The other half is funded by charitable funds such as the Fund of Bolat Nazarbayev. By the way, the public fund "Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)" was the first to complete the construction of houses.
The Fund not only donated new homes to Maktaaral residents, but also actively supported the residents of the district immediately after the flood, sending 20 tons of essential products, and also sent 20 children from affected large families to a summer holiday camp for rehabilitation.
