The Fund of Bolat Nazarbayev"Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)" helps the society of the blind in Uralsk to start its own business

On January 20, in Uralsk, the Public Fund "Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)" donated sewing equipment to the public association of people with visual impairments "Zhaiyk" for the development of their own business.

The presentation ceremony was attended by the deputy akim of the city of Uralsk Bakytjan Narymbetov, director of the Public fund "Saliqaly Urpak" KassymKassabekov, chairman of the public association "Jaiyk" Daniyar Kadyrbekov and others.

The public association "Jaiyk" includes about 30 young people under 35 years of age who have various visual impairments. Young people could not find a job for a long time and therefore turned to the "Saliqaly Urpak" fund with a request to purchase sewing equipment for them to start their own business. With the help of equipment, young people will be able to produce goods themselves, create jobs and take part in the development of the city economy.

Chairman of NGO "Jaiyk" Daniyar Kadyrbekov thanked the management of the fund.

Let us recall that Bolat Nazarbayev Public Foundation "Saliqaly Urpaq (Decent generation)" began its work in April 2016. The work of the Fund is aimed at solving specific social and public problems. Projects are being implemented for children and adolescents left in difficult life situations. The Fund provides monthly financial support and nutrition to low-income families and people with disabilities in Almaty and Almaty region. Today, more than 130 low-income families are in the care of the Fund. In addition, the Fund has a boarding house "Bereke uyi" for children left in a difficult life situation.
